as a division under the companies and allied matters act 1990 , of
Federal Republic of Nigeria.
T&R Technology Limited was
incorporated on 22nd day of December, 2015 as a project procurement
and management company. However, due to the changing built environment
and growing needs of our clients, it became necessary to broaden the
services that could be provided by T&R technology limited so as to
offer multi-disciplinary management consulting services, Information
Technology, Access controls, Security Solutions, Installation and
Integration of modern Technology under one banner.
